1. Introduction Welcome to Lush Guard Lawn Care. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our lawn care services provided within Toms River, New Jersey. By accessing our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Lush Guard Lawn Care provides the following services:

• Lawn maintenance
• Yard cleanup
• Lawn seeding
• Lawn fertilization
• Lawn aeration
• Weed control
• Mosquito and tick control

Services will be performed in accordance with the highest industry standards.

3. Service Agreement Upon accepting a service quote, the customer agrees to the scope, price, and timing of services as outlined in the quote documentation. Services will be scheduled according to availability and weather conditions.

4. Payments and Billing Payment is due upon completion of the specified service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. We accept payments via cash, check, or credit card.

5. Cancellation Policy Services can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability and Insurance Lush Guard Lawn Care is fully insured. We are not liable for damages beyond our control, including acts of nature, unforeseen property irregularities, or pre-existing conditions of neglect that may affect service outcomes.

7. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation, followed by binding arbitration in the state of New Jersey, if necessary.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
